1、Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and economics, banking, law, securities, etc.;
2、More than five years of experience in securities affairs of listed companies, securities companies and investment companies; those who have participated in corporate IPO projects are preferred;
3、Be familiar with financial market, capital market, securities market, company law, securities law and other related laws;
4、Have Qualification Certificate for Securities Personnel, and have professional knowledge of finance and economics, law, banking and securities of listed companies;
5、Have strong writing skills, and familiar with all types of official document writing;
